The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mountain View Eagles (Kingsley, PA) and the visiting Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA), observed Mountain View's basketball team knock off Western Wayne by a score of 64-53.

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Lake-Lehman prevailed over Forest City (Forest City, PA), 53-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Tunkhannock Tigers (Tunkhannock, PA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, December 16. Western Wayne will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record.
