    Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC), 47-25 in a non-league battle.

    With the triumph, Watauga upgrades its record to 15-0 on the campaign.
