Idaho High School Basketball - Mountain Home toppled by Borah

December 12, 2025: Mountain Home, ID 83647

Borah Lions (Boise, ID) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Mountain Home Tigers (Mountain Home, ID), 51-38 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Borah advances its record to 7-1 on the year. The Lions travel to Hillcrest (Idaho Falls, ID) to battle the Knights in a non-league contest on Saturday, December 13. The Knights go into the contest with a record of 4-5. Hillcrest won 56-38 in their recent non-league contest against Bishop Kelly (Boise, ID)

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Minico Spartans (Rupert, ID) in a 5A Great Basin contest, on Tuesday, December 16. Mountain Home will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 0-6 record after their 56-43 non-league loss to Vallivue (Caldwell, ID).
