In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Vail Mountain Rangers basketball team scored a good 41-32 win over the Fowler Grizzlies.
The Rangers (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Swink (Swink, CO). The Lions enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Swink lost by Sanford (Sanford, CO), 34-20, in a non-league match.
The Grizzlies now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoehne for a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. Fowler will battle a Farmers team coming off a 42-30 non-league loss to Del Norte (Del Norte, CO). The Farmers record now stands at 3-1.
