The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Olpe Eagles (Olpe, KS) and the visiting Sedan Devils (Sedan, KS), observed Olpe's basketball team overwhelm Sedan by a margin of 66-26.

The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Waverly (Waverly, KS). The Bulldogs enter the Lyon County battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Waverly walloped Maranatha Christian Academy (Shawnee, KS), 63-45, in a non-league battle.

The Devils now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Flinthills for a South Central Border contest on Monday, December 15. Sedan will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 36-31 non-league loss to Pretty Prairie (Pretty Prairie, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
