The Upland Highlanders/Scots basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Rancho Verde Mustangs to 25 in the Highlanders/Scots non-league triumph on Friday.

The Highlanders/Scots now have a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Downey for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 13. Upland will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 46-38 non-league win over South Hills (West Covina, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 7-3.

The Mustangs (3-8) will now prepare for their outing against Perris (Perris, CA). The Panthers enter the outing with a 1-9 record. In their last outing, Perris was overwhelmed by La Sierra (Riverside, CA), 31-21, in a non-league outing.
