St. John XXIII Lions (Katy, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting The Awty International Rams (Houston, TX), 38-18 in a non-league contest.
The Lions (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Christian Academy (Sugar Land, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Christian Academy was toppled by Cypress Christian (Houston, TX), 52-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rams confront the Faith West Academy Eagles (Katy, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 13. The Awty International will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record.
