The Worcester Prep Mallards basketball team (Berlin, MD), was nudged 51-49 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Arcadia Firebirds (Oak Hall, VA)
The Firebirds now possess a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colonel Richardson for a non-league battle on Friday, December 16. Arcadia will meet a Colonels team coming off a 73-49 league loss to Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD). The Colonels record now stands at 0-3.
The Mallards (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE). The Royals enter the Eastern Shore contest with a 3-1 record.
