Sonora Raiders (La Habra, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brea Olinda Wildcats (Brea, CA), 71-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sonora upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Raiders host Valencia (Placentia, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 3-8. Valencia won 54-32 in their recent non-league bout against Nogales (La Puente, CA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Anaheim Colonists (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 15. Brea Olinda will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Colonists come into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 64-37 non-league loss to Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA).
