In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Moscow Bears basketball team scored a tight 72-66 triumph over the Clarkston Bantams.
In their next game, the Bears meet the Lakeland Hawks (Rathdrum, ID) in a 5A/4A Inland Empire match, on Friday, December 16. Moscow will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 0-4 record after their 77-46 league loss to Lewiston (Lewiston, ID).
