With the victory, Gunter upgrades its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Slidell (Slidell, TX) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a record of 6-9. Slidell lost 66-42 in their recent non-league bout against Paradise (Paradise, TX)

Next up, the Pirates play the Blue Ridge Tigers (Blue Ridge, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Collinsville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 44-43 non-league loss to Bland (Merit, TX).
