In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Simon Kenton Pioneers basketball team scored a tight 32-30 triumph over the Cooper Jaguars.

In their next game, the Pioneers meet the South Oldham Dragons (Crestwood, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 16. Simon Kenton will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record.

With the defeat, Cooper moves to 3-3 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Conner (Hebron, KY) to meet the Cougars in a District 33 match on Friday, December 16. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 2-3. Conner lost 53-42 in their recent non-league match against Elder (Cincinnati, OH)
