In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Franklin Regional Panthers basketball team scored a good 64-50 triumph over the Hempfield Area Spartans.
In their next game, the Panthers meet the Butler Golden Tornado (Butler, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 16. Franklin Regional will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Golden Tornado enter the match with a 5-1 record after their 72-71 non-league loss to North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA).
