The Rio Vikings basketball team (Rio, WI), was overwhelmed 66-25 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Horicon Marshmen (Horicon, WI)
The Marshmen now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dodgeland for a Trailways - East battle on Thursday, December 15. Horicon will confront a Trojans team coming off a 53-18 league loss to Oakfield (Oakfield, WI). The Trojans record now stands at 1-4.
The Vikings (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Montello (Montello, WI). The Hilltoppers come into the Trailways - West battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Montello was overwhelmed by Westfield Area (Westfield, WI), 70-30, in a non-league battle.
