The Lacassine Cardinals (Lacassine, LA) basketball nipped the visiting LaGrange Gators (Lake Charles, LA), 63-59 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Carencro (Lafayette, LA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record.
The Gators now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Church Point for a non-league test on Friday, December 16.
