Michigan High School Basketball - Escanaba winner over Alpena

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI) basketball squad felled the host Alpena Wildcats (Alpena, MI), by a margin of 49-33.

The Eskymos (6-0) will now prepare for their outing against Bark River-Harris (Harris, MI). The Broncos go into the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Bark River-Harris was beaten by Menominee (Menominee, MI), 43-35, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tawas Area for a non-league outing on Friday, December 16. Alpena will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 53-43 non-league loss to Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI). The Braves record now stands at 1-2.
