Nebraska High School Basketball - Clarkson/Leigh thwarts David City

The Clarkson/Leigh Patriots (Clarkson, NE) basketball knocked off the visiting David City Scouts (David City, NE), 52-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Patriots (3-2) will now prepare for their test against West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE). The Cadets go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, West Point-Beemer went down by Howells-Dodge (Howells, NE), 48-45, in a non-league test.

The Scouts now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Lakeview for a C1 District 7 test on Saturday, December 17. David City will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 45-39 non-league win over Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE). The Vikings record now stands at 5-1.
