Greenfield Knights (Wilson, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wayne Preparatory Academy Generals (Goldsboro, NC), 63-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Greenfield upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to The Burlington School (Burlington, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 3-7. The Burlington School lost 71-23 in their recent non-league bout against High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC)

Next up, the Generals play the South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Wayne Preparatory Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 50-22 league loss to Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC).
