River City Raiders (West Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Center Cougars (Antelope, CA), 56-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, River City upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Raiders host Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA) to clash with the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Mesa Verde lost 66-27 in their recent non-league bout against River Valley (Yuba City, CA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Foothill Mustangs (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Center will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 8-1 record after their 70-31 non-league win over Encina Prep (Sacramento, CA).
