North Carolina High School Basketball - Maiden knocked off by North Lincoln

The North Lincoln Knights basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Maiden Blue Devils to 42 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincolnton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 14. North Lincoln will battle a Wolves team coming off a 42-41 non-league win over East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 2-2.
The Blue Devils (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, East Burke was defeated by Freedom (Morganton, NC), 51-42, in a non-league contest.
