Tennyson Lancers (Hayward, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Redwood Christian Eagles (San Lorenzo, CA), 53-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tennyson upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Lancers travel to Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Ygnacio Valley lost 58-17 in their recent non-league bout against Saint Mary's (Albany, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Dublin Gaels (Dublin, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 15. Redwood Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Gaels go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 61-58 non-league loss to Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA).
