Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes (Schuylkill Haven, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Columbia Montour Vo-Tech Rams (Bloomsburg, PA), 65-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Schuylkill Haven upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Hurricanes host Our Lady of Lourdes Regional (Coal Township, PA) to play the Red Raiders in a Schuylkill County 2 bout on Thursday, December 14. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Our Lady of Lourdes Regional lost 54-28 in their recent league bout against Minersville (Minersville, PA)

Next up, the Rams play the Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA) in a Midd-Penn bout, on Friday, December 15. Columbia Montour Vo-Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
