Gateway Gators (Monroeville, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Woodland Hills Wolverines (Pittsburgh, PA), 62-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Gateway upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Gators host Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Wolverines clash with the Brashear Bulls (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Woodland Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Bulls go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 77-52 non-league loss to McDowell (Erie, PA).
