The St. Brendan Sabres basketball team scored 97 points and held the visiting Miami Christian Victors to 63 in the Sabres non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Sabres now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hialeah Gardens for a 7A District 15 contest on Friday, December 15. St. Brendan will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 73-58 non-league loss to Divine Savior Academy (Doral, FL). The Gladiators record now stands at 6-2.

The Victors (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hebrew Academy (Miami Beach, FL). The Warriors enter the 2A District 16 contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Hebrew Academy triumphed over Horeb Christian (Hialeah, FL), 63-11, in a non-league contest.
