North Lake Cowboys (Silver Lake, OR) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR), 42-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, North Lake upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Red Tail Hawks play the New Hope Christian Warriors (Grants Pass, OR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Rogue Valley Adventist will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
