Illinois High School Basketball - Springfield Southeast can't hold off Sacred Heart-Griffin

The Sacred Heart-Griffin Cyclones basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Springfield Southeast Spartans to 66 in the Cyclones non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Cyclones now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lanphier for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10.
The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Springfield (Springfield, IL). The Senators come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Springfield edged Lanphier (Springfield, IL), 57-50, in a non-league contest.
