Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mohawk Area thwarts Beaver

The Mohawk Area Warriors (Bessemer, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Beaver Bobcats (Beaver, PA), 46-31 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (4-1) will now prepare for their test against South Range (Canfield, OH). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, South Range notched a victory over Struthers (Struthers, OH), 54-40, in a league test.
The Bobcats now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Harding for a non-league test on Saturday, December 16. Beaver will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 52-41 non-league loss to Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 3-2.
