The Goodrich Martians (Goodrich, MI) basketball felled the visiting Kingston Cardinals (Kingston, MI), 45-35 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Martians (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Owosso (Owosso, MI). The Trojans go into the Flint Metro test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Owosso was beaten by Okemos (Okemos, MI), 52-39, in a non-league test.

The Cardinals now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Branch for a non-league test on Friday, December 15. Kingston will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 35-26 league loss to Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI). The Broncos record now stands at 0-1.
