The Park View Patriots basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Unity Reed Lions to 41 in the Patriots non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Patriots now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Independence for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Park View will battle a team coming off a 47-17 non-league win over Mountain View Christian Academy (Winchester, VA). The record now stands at 3-4.
The Lions (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA). The Yellowjackets come into the Cedar Run contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Osbourn Park prevailed over Battlefield (Haymarket, VA), 70-26, in a league contest.
