In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Covina Colts (Covina, CA) basketball squad edged the host South Hills Huskies (West Covina, CA), by a margin of 52-49.
The Colts (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Edgewood (West Covina, CA). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Edgewood held off Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA), 36-31, in a non-league outing.
