Indiana High School Basketball - Blackford knocks off Alexandria-Monroe

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Blackford Bruins basketball team scored a good 66-53 win over the Alexandria-Monroe Tigers.

The Bruins (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Elwood (Elwood, IN). The Panthers come into the Central Indiana contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Elwood was topped by Bluffton (Bluffton, IN), 60-15, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Alexandria-Monroe will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 72-62 league loss to Eastern (Greentown, IN).
