The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Atlantic Christian Cougars (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) and the host The Christian Academy (Brookhaven, PA), observed Atlantic Christian's basketball team edge The Christian Academy by a margin of 70-68.

The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA). The Knights come into the Bicentennial challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Delaware County Christian edged Jenkintown (Jenkintown, PA), 68-28, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the battle the Dock Mennonite Pioneers (Lansdale, PA) in a Bicentennial challenge, on Monday, December 16. The Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 73-34 league win over Valley Forge Military Academy (Wayne, PA).
