California High School Basketball - Santa Maria holds off Bishop Union

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Santa Maria Saints basketball team scored a close 55-52 triumph over the Bishop Union Broncos.
The Saints (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Morro Bay (Morro Bay, CA). The Pirates go into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Morro Bay was tipped by Bishop Union (Bishop, CA), 44-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Broncos confront the Frazier Mountain Falcons (Lebec, CA) in a High Desert contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Bishop Union will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record.
