In Friday's league contest, the host Campbell Camels basketball team scored a close 65-61 triumph over the Malden Green Wave.
The Camels (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Naylor (Naylor, MO). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Naylor was tipped by Twin Rivers (Broseley, MO), 72-22, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Green Wave confront the Charleston Bluejays (Charleston, MO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Malden will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Bluejays go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 77-74 non-league loss to Kennett (Kennett, MO).
