Michigan High School Basketball - Cedar Springs holds off Wayland

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Cedar Springs Red Hawks basketball team scored a close 54-51 triumph over the Wayland Wildcats.
The Red Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Big Rapids nipped Tri County Area (Howard City, MI), 66-35, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Sparta Spartans (Sparta, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Wayland will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 77-38 non-league win over Kent City (Kent City, MI).
