Nevada High School Basketball - Hug toppled by Churchill County

Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), 83-65 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Churchill County advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Greenwave travel to Sparks (Sparks, NV) to face the Railroaders in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Railroaders enter the match with a record of 2-5. Sparks lost 60-21 in their recent non-league match against Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV)

The Hawks now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dayton for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. Hug will face a Dust Devils squad coming off a 50-41 non-league loss to Carson (Carson City, NV). The Dust Devils record now stands at 4-1.
