In Friday's league contest, the host East English Village Prep basketball team scored a close 2-0 win over the Davis Aerospace Tech Aviators.

The (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Communication Media Arts (Detroit, MI). The Pharaohs come into the Detroit Public I contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Communication Media Arts was tipped by Northwestern (Detroit, MI), 59-33, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Aviators battle the Central Trail Blazers (Detroit, MI) in a Detroit Public II contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Davis Aerospace Tech will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
