Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Ford Panthers (Quinlan, TX), 59-31 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Panther Creek upgrades its record to 9-7 on the year. The Panthers travel to Gainesville (Gainesville, TX) to face the Leopards in a 4A Region II District 9 match on Tuesday, December 17. The Leopards enter the match with a record of 6-7. Gainesville won 61-50 in their recent non-league match against Pottsboro (Pottsboro, TX)

The Panthers now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gunter for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 17. Ford will face a Tigers squad coming off a 72-34 non-league loss to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
