The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA) and the host Union City Bears (Union City, PA), observed Fort LeBoeuf's basketball team overwhelm Union City by a score of 60-27.

The Bison (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Warren (Warren, PA). The Dragons come into the District 10 Region 6 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Warren was routed by Girard (Girard, PA), 57-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Saegertown Panthers (Saegertown, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Union City will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 72-48 non-league loss to Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA).
