In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Holland Christian Maroons basketball team scored a good 88-80 triumph over the West Ottawa Panthers.
The Maroons (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Wayland (Wayland, MI). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the West Catholic Falcons (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. West Ottawa will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
