In Friday's non-league contest, the host West Michigan Aviation Academy basketball team scored a close 45-41 triumph over the Hopkins Vikings.
The (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Comstock Park (Comstock Park, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Comstock Park was tipped by Western Michigan Christian (Muskegon, MI), 46-37, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Allegan Tigers (Allegan, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Hopkins will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 62-49 non-league loss to Watervliet (Watervliet, MI).
