California High School Basketball - Nevada Union holds off Liberty

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Nevada Union Miners basketball team scored a close 55-50 triumph over the Liberty Patriots.
The Miners (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Atascadero (Atascadero, CA). The Greyhounds go into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Atascadero nipped Stockdale (Bakersfield, CA), 64-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Patriots confront the Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Liberty will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 7-0 record after their 68-47 non-league win over Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA).
