The Loyola Academy Ramblers basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack to 45 in the Ramblers league triumph on Friday.

The Ramblers now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Taft for a non-league game on Sunday, December 15. Loyola Academy will confront a Eagles team coming off a 67-32 league loss to Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Saint Ignatius College Prep falls to 7-1 on the campaign. The Wolfpack travel to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Sunday, December 15. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 7-1. Crete-Monee won 63-45 in their recent non-league game against Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL)
