The Mammoth Huskies basketball squad (Mammoth Lakes, CA), was crushed 74-43 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Pyramid Lake Lakers (Nixon, NV)

With the victory, Pyramid Lake advances its record to 5-3 on the year. The Lakers travel to Churchill County (Fallon, NV) to meet the Greenwave in a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. The Greenwave enter the battle with a record of 5-1.

The Huskies now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coleville for a non-league battle on Monday, December 16. Mammoth will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 31-20 non-league win over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ). The Wolves record now stands at 2-4.
