The Mountain View Mavericks basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Minico Spartans to 52 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mavericks now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Caldwell for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. Mountain View will confront a Cougars team coming off a 61-45 non-league win over Mountain Home (Mountain Home, ID). The Cougars record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Minico falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Bishop Kelly (Boise, ID) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Knights go into the game with a record of 1-3. Bishop Kelly lost 75-67 in their recent non-league game against Mountain View (Meridian, ID)
