The Nichols Vikings basketball squad (Buffalo, NY), was nudged 67-63 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Niagara Falls Wolverines (Niagara Falls, NY)

With the victory, Niagara Falls advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Wolverines host Cicero-North Syracuse (Cicero, NY) to meet the Northstars in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 14. The Northstars enter the battle with a record of 2-0. Cicero-North Syracuse won 62-36 in their recent non-league battle against Christian Brothers Academy (Syracuse, NY)

The Vikings now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute for a Monsignor Martin battle on Friday, December 20.
