The Slippery Rock Rockets basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Perry Traditional Academy Commodores to 31 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Saegertown for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18.

With the loss, Perry Traditional Academy falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Commodores host Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA) to confront the Blue Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Blue Eagles go into the game with a record of 3-1.
