Colorado High School Basketball - Sedgwick County nudges Wiggins

December 13, 2024: Wiggins, CO 80654

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO) and the host Wiggins Tigers (Wiggins, CO), observed Sedgwick County's basketball team edge Wiggins by a score of 52-50.

The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Haxtun (Haxtun, CO). The Fightin' Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Haxtun was tipped by Highland (Ault, CO), 66-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Merino Rams (Merino, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Wiggins will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 64-28 non-league loss to Highland (Ault, CO).
