Tennessee High School Basketball - South Gibson nudges Westview

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) and the visiting Westview Chargers (Martin, TN), observed South Gibson's basketball team edge Westview by a score of 42-35.

The Hornets (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Jackson Christian (Jackson, TN). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last challenge, Jackson Christian edged McNairy Central (Selmer, TN), 46-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Henry County Patriots (Paris, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Westview will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 72-44 non-league win over Waverly Central (Waverly, TN).
