The Rangers (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Chireno (Chireno, TX). The Owls come into the non-league challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Chireno was routed by Sterling (Baytown, TX), 62-28, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the San Augustine Wolves (San Augustine, TX) in a 2A Region III District 24 challenge, on Friday, December 20. West Sabine will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 46-43 non-league loss to Pollok Central (Pollok, TX).
